Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 72655 - Maintenance Manual
(a) A
written manual on maintenance of heating, air conditioning and ventilation
systems shall be adopted by each facility.
(b) A log shall be utilized to document
maintenance work performed.
(c)
When maintenance is performed by an equipment service company, a certification
shall be provided to the licensee that the required work has been performed in
accordance with acceptable standards. This certification shall be retained on
file in the facility for review by the Department.
