Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 73103 - Social Worker
Social worker means a person who:
(a) Is licensed as a clinical social worker
by the Board of Behavioral Sciences; or
(b) Has a Master of Social Work degree from a
school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and
has one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
