Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 73513 - Advertising
(a) No intermediate
care facility shall make or disseminate false or misleading statements or
advertise by any other manner or means, false claims regarding facilities or
services provided.
(b) No
intermediate care facility shall use the words "Approved by the California
Department of Health" or any other words conveying the same idea in any
advertising material.
(c) The name
or title "hospital" shall not be used by any intermediate care
facility.
