Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 76856 - Developmental Program Services-Program Approval for Developmental Services
(a) A facility
program plan shall be submitted to the Department of Developmental Services as
specified in Section
1267.7
of the Health and Safety Code.
(b)
The Department shall not issue or renew a license for a facility unless the
licensee's program plan has been reviewed and approved by the Department of
Developmental Services.
