Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 76893 - Pharmaceutical Services-General
(a) Arrangements shall be made to assure that
pharmaceutical services are available to provide clients with prescribed
drugs.
(b) There shall be
conformance with state and federal laws regarding dispensing, labeling, storage
and administration of drugs.
