Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 76908 - Consumer Information to be Posted
(a) The following consumer information shall
be conspicuously posted in the facility in a prominent location accessible to
public view:
(1) A listing of all services
and special programs provided in the facility and those provided through
written agreement.
(2) A notice
that the facility's written admission and discharge policies are available upon
request.
(3) The most recent
licensing visit report supported by the related follow-up visit reports so
posted that each page is readable.
(4) A statement that an action to revoke the
facility's license is pending, if such an action has been initiated by the
filing of an accusation, pursuant to Section
11503 of
the Government Code, and the accusation has been served on the
licensee.
(5) Client's rights as
required by Section
4503,
Welfare and Institutions Code and Section
50520, Title 17, California
Administrative Code.
