Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84120 - Fire Clearance

(a) In addition to Section 80020, the following shall apply:

(b) The applicant shall notify the Department if the facility plans to use the following:

(1) Mechanical restraint devices.

(2) Seclusion room(s).
