Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84165.5 - Staff/Child Ratios
(a)
Section 84065.5 is not applicable to
community treatment facilities.
(b)
In community treatment facilities, there shall be one child care person awake
and on duty for each five children, or fraction thereof, present from 7 a.m. to
10 p.m.
(c) If the children require
special care and supervision because of age, problem behavior, or other
factors, the number of on-duty child care staff shall be increased to meet the
needs of the children in accordance with Section
80065(a).
(d) Each community treatment facility shall
meet health treatment full-time staffing to client census ratio as specified in
Sections 1921(a) and (e)
of the California Code of Regulations, Title 9.
