Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 90950 - Statement of Policy
(a) It
is the policy of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, in
carrying out its responsibilities under Part 1.5 of Division 1, Health and
Safety Code, to follow all applicable procedures and requirements of the
California Environmental Quality Act and of Chapter 3, Division 6, Title 14,
California Administrative Code, which implements CEQA.
(b) When acting as a lead agency the Office
shall follow procedures established by the California Environmental Quality Act
and by Chapter 3 of Title 14, California Administrative Code.
(c) Procedures and requirements set forth in
sufficient detail and with sufficient clarity in CEQA and its implementing
regulations shall not be reiterated herein.
