Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 27, § 10019 - Severability

If any provision or clause of this Article or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability does not affect other provisions or applications of this Article which can be given effect without the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this Article are declared to be severable.
