Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 10404 - Withdrawal of Accreditation Application

(a) The applicant may withdraw an application at any time prior to the department's issuance of accreditation or denial of accreditation.
(b) Requests to withdraw an application shall be submitted to the department in writing, dated, and signed by the applicant.
(c) The department will not refund application fees for a withdrawn application.
(d) The applicant may reapply and pay a new application fee at any time following the withdrawal of an application.
