Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 754.3 - Recordkeeping
(a)
Any person applying a vaccination eartag must record the information about the
event as specified in section
752(a)(4) of this
article and maintain the records for five (5) years.
(b) The owner of any animal vaccinated for
brucellosis must maintain vaccination records for five (5) years. At a minimum,
the information must include the date of vaccination, number and type of calves
(dairy, beef, total), vaccination eartag numbers applied and name of
veterinarian conducting the vaccination.
(c) The Department may inspect and/or
photocopy during normal business hours any records required to be kept pursuant
to this article.
