Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 12371
1. New section filed 8-21-2020 as an emergency; operative 8-17-2020. Emergency expiration extended 60 days (Executive Order N-40-20) plus an additional 60 days (Executive Order N-66-20) (Register 2020, No. 34). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-18-2021 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. For prior history, see Register 2004, No. 46.
2. Amendment of subsections (a), (a)(2)(L), (a)(3)(D), (a)(5)(C) and (e)-(g) filed 12-31-2020 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2021 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d). Emergency expiration extended 60 days (Executive Order N-40-20) plus an additional 60 days (Executive Order N-71-20) (Register 2021, No. 1). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-2-2021 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Refiling of 12-31-2020 amendments on 6-14-2021 as an emergency, including further amendments; operative 6-14-2021.
