Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 6975 - (20-2). Drinking Water
(a)
Water suitable for drinking shall be available to all employees during working
hours.
This may be accomplished by piping water into the mine and providing drinking fountains or by providing individual canteens or by other sanitary means.
(b)
Common drinking vessels are prohibited.
