Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 31522 - Determination of an Incorrigible Person
A ward may be determined incorrigible when he recently and persistently presents a behavior pattern of one or a combination of the following:
(a) Physical attack on
persons.
(b) Forcing or encouraging
others to commit crimes or violate institutional rules.
(c) Inflicting substantial property
damage.
(d) Possession of dangerous
weapons or unlawful contraband.
(e)
Persistent violation of institutional rules.
