1-1-103 - Officers
(1) The Commission shall elect a Chairperson
and a Vice-Chairperson to serve for one fiscal year, or until successors are
elected.
(2) Elections for the two
offices shall take place at a regularly scheduled Commission meeting.
(3) The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson will
perform the customary duties of such offices.
