1-4-201 - Informal Meetings and Workshops
When the Commission or the Commission's staff determines to begin consideration of adopting a rule, but before a proposed rule has been promulgated, the Commission or the Commission's staff may hold one or more informal meetings or workshops in order to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit views or otherwise participate informally on the proposals under consideration.
