1-4-305 - Petition for Issuance, Amendment, or Repeal of the Rule
(1) Any interested person shall have the
right to petition for the issuance, amendment, or repeal of a rule.
(2) Such petition shall be kept on file at
the Commission offices and shall be open for inspection by any person during
regular office hours.
(3) The
Commission may hear the petition at its discretion, except that when the
Commission schedules a hearing on a proposed rule related to any petition, such
petition shall be considered and acted upon in the same proceeding.
