10 CCR 2506-1-4.100 - SNAP INTRODUCTION

This material sets forth rules, policies, and procedures concerned with eligibility determination and certification of persons who apply to participate in SNAP, and, if determined eligible, the requirements concerning the use of SNAP benefits. The rules and regulations herein are promulgated in accordance with Program regulations of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), 7 C.F.R. 271-274 (2021), as amended, which are incorporated by reference, and the State Plan of Operation. No later amendments or editions of the regulations are incorporated. Copies of the regulations are available at no cost at the FNS, 3101 Park Center Dr., #906, Alexandria, VA 22302, or at https://www.ecfr.gov.
