A.
Households are only required to report and verify if the household's combined
gross income exceeds one hundred thirty percent (130%) of the Federal Poverty
Level (FPL) for its household size.
B. Households shall be required to report any
increase in income no later than ten (10) calendar days from the end of the
calendar month in which the change occurred.
C. The household shall be allowed to report
changes in person, by telephone, in writing, or through the online
system.
