12 CCR 2510-1-10.401.3 - General Program Income [Rev. eff. 2/1/16]
A.
Program income shall include all income earned by a contractor, or
subcontractor that is directly generated by supported activities, the cost of
which is borne by the contractor or subcontractor, whether in part or in
full.
B. All program income shall
be used in accordance with the additional costs alternative and shall be added
to funds committed to the project or program and used to further eligible
project or program objectives.
C.
All program income, including earnings and expenditures of program income shall
be reported monthly in accordance with the format and time period required by
the SUA.
D. Program income earned
after the contract has ended shall be subject to the terms of the contract or
subcontract. If this category of income is not specifically detailed in the
contract document, the agency may dispose of the income as it
chooses.
