12 CCR 2510-1-10.402.8 - Colorado Family Caregiver Support Program [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]
A. The Colorado General Assembly created the
Colorado Family Caregiver Support Program as found in Section
26-11-207, C.R.S., administered by
the SUA and the AAAs.
B. The
Colorado Family Caregiver Support Program shall follow the intent and
guidelines established under the National Family Caregiver Support Program and
the requirements of these rules.
C.
This program is subject to available appropriations.
