12 CCR 2510-1-10.402.9 - Native American National Family Caregiver Support Program [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]
A. Tribal
organizations may apply for grants from the AoA to carry out multifaceted
systems of support services for caregivers as described under the National
Family Caregiver Support Program.
B. In Planning and Service Areas, which
border areas served by Tribal Organizations, the AAA for the PSA shall
coordinate their service activities with those provided by the Tribal
Organization.
