C.R.S. 2 CCR 402-14-2 - Authority
2.1 These Rules are
promulgated pursuant to the authority granted to the State Board of Examiners
of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors ("Board" or "Board
of Examiners") in section
37-91-104(1)(c),
C.R.S. (2017), that authorizes the Board to adopt and revise rules, not
inconsistent with law, as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of
Article 91 of Title 37, C.R.S. (2017).
2.2 These Rules also provide for alternatives
to surety bonds needed to obtain a license pursuant to sections
11-35-101(2) and
101.5(2), C.R.S. (2017).
