3 CCR 708-1-80.4 - Pension and Retirement Plans
(A) It is an
unlawful employment practice for an employer to have a pension or retirement
plan that establishes different optional or compulsory retirement ages on the
basis of sex.
(B) Other differences
in benefits based on sex, such as differences in benefits for survivors, are
prohibited.
