3 CCR 713-20.2 - RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Board hereby adopts the criteria set out in section 12-30-204(4), (5) and (6) as the requirements for qualifying as an established accreditation or review organization for the purposes of section 12-240-121(1)(u)(II), C.R.S.
