4 CCR 737-1.2 - PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT BOARD MEETINGS (C.R.S. sections 12-20-204(1), 12-245-204, 12-245-222)
A. The Board may
provide a person a reasonable opportunity to address the Board at an open
meeting if the request is made prior to the meeting in accordance with this
Rule and, in the Board's sole discretion, the granting of the request will not
result in delay or disruption of the Board's meeting.
B. Unless otherwise ordered by the Board, the
Board will rely exclusively on written materials during its initial
consideration of inquiries, and shall not permit members of the public to
address the Board on pending disciplinary proceedings or cases.
C. The Board may impose reasonable
limitations on the time allotted for comments made pursuant to this
Rule.
