7 CCR 1101-14-1-3 - Statutory Authority

The amendments to these regulations have been created pursuant to Title 8 Article 20 Section 102 and Article 20.5 Sections 202 and 302 of the Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.). The design, construction, location, installation, and operation of liquid fuel systems and equipment and the handling of liquid fuels shall conform to the minimum standards as prescribed by the applicable sections of NFPA 30 "Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code".
