7 CCR 1103-2-2 - Powers and Duties
The labor standards unit in the division of labor is responsible for administering the provisions of these rules. In carrying out the provisions of these rules, the director of the division of labor has all applicable duties and powers as outlined in Title 8, Article 1 of Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended.
