7 CCR 1103-4-1 - Statement of Purpose
1.1 The general
purpose of these Employment Opportunity Act Rules is to implement the
provisions of C.R.S. §
8-2-126. These rules are adopted
pursuant to the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics' authority in C.R.S.
§
8-1-107(2)(p),
§
8-1-103(3), §
8-1-111, and §
8-2-126.
