7 CCR 1103-4-11 - Severability
11.1 If any
provision of these rules or their application to any person or circumstance is
held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, no other provisions or applications of
the rules shall be affected that can be given effect without the illegal,
invalid, or unenforceable provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of these rules are severable.
