8 CCR 1208-1-4.1 - Consumption
(a) A concession
with a license to sell alcoholic beverages is responsible for age
identification.
(b) A concession
with a license to sell alcoholic beverages is responsible for providing
appropriate security, when required pursuant to concessions contract, for the
control and enforcement of state laws and Authority policies relating to the
sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
