8 CCR 1208-1-4.2 - Intoxication
(a) The alcoholic
beverage contractor must refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any person who
is visibly intoxicated.
(b) Persons
on the Fairgrounds who are visibly intoxicated may be ejected and
removed.
