8 CCR 1208-1-5.1 - Prohibited
(a) Weapons and
dangerous objects are prohibited on the Fairgrounds.
(b) This prohibition does not apply to:
(i) Peace officers as defined by §
18-1-901, C.R.S., acting in their
official capacities.
(ii)
Exhibitors of firearms or dangerous objects, who are authorized to exhibit such
items on the Fairgrounds.
(iii)
Persons who have been issued a permit, pursuant to §
18-12-201,et seq., C.R.S., to
carry a concealed handgun.
(iv)
Legal pocketknives that do not have a blade exceeding 3.5 inches in
length.
