8 CCR 1501-1-3-401 - Commission Determination
(1)
The Commission shall consider all evidence submitted at the rule-making hearing
and may consider any other evidence available to the Commission in making its
determination.
(2) The Commission
may adopt, adopt with modification, or reject the proposed rule by a majority
vote of the Commission members present at the hearing.
