8 CCR 1504-10-9 - TIME PERIOD TO COMPLETE PRELIMINARILY APPROVED WORK
9.1 Applicants do
not have a particular time period in which to complete their work following the
preliminary approval of an application and Rehabilitation Plan. However, no tax
credit shall be available where work is completed after the expiration of the
tax credit program.
