8 CCR 1504-5-7 - STATE REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES
7.1 In addition to
all properties included in the National Register (CRS
24-80.1-105(3)),
the State Register shall include all nominated properties receiving final
determination to be included in the State Register in accordance with these
rules and procedures.
7.2 An
official list of all properties included in the State Register shall be
maintained by the Society and shall be accessible to the public.
7.3 Agencies and others shall be notified of
additions or deletions to the State Register by periodic publication in the
Society's newsletter.
