8 CCR 1505-9-2 - Electronic Filing
2.1 Registrants
must file all documents electronically using the Secretary of State's online
system.
2.2 The Secretary of State
will issue a unique user identification and password for use of the online
system. To receive access, an individual must provide their name, valid email
address and EIN. Registrants must update this information promptly if it
changes. Filing with the user identification and password will constitute the
filer's official signature, in accordance with section
24-71.3-102(8),
