8 CCR 1505-9-3 - Expedited Hearing Deadlines
3.1 The
Secretary of State will set and give notice of the hearing within seven days of
receiving a request for hearing per section
6-16-111(6)(b),
C.R.S. The Secretary will set the hearing between 20 and 45 days after the
mailing of the notice.
3.2 For good
cause shown, the Secretary of State may continue a proceeding for up to 15
days.
3.3 The Secretary will take
final agency action within ten days following the hearing.
