2 CCR 504-1 - PARENTAL FEE ASSESSMENT

Repeals of 2 CCR 504-1, sections 1.0 through 11.4 , and revision of 17.100 were final adoption following publication at the 5/4/2012 State Board meeting (Rule-making# 12-2-7 -1), with an effective date of 7/1/2012. Statement of Basis and Purpose and specific statutory authority for these revisions were incorporate by reference into the rule.
