8 CCR 1201-12, pt. 8 - TAMPERING WITH TRAPS, cable device traps, CARCASSES OR OTHER DEVICES
It shall be unlawful for any person, except CPW or the Commissioner, to move, remove, damage, or tamper with any trap, carcass or any other device of another person that is being utilized to control depredating animals pursuant to these rules.
