3.1. All breeding sheep and goats must be
identified with official identification for purposes of transfer of ownership
or for exhibition in Colorado.
3.2.
All wether sheep and goats over 18 months of age must be identified with
official identification for purposes of transfer of ownership or for exhibition
in Colorado.
