6.1 Any
sale not specifically designated as a "feeder only sale" is classified as an
"open sale," where all sexually intact animals presented, regardless of age,
are considered breeding animals. Any "feeder" animal exempt from identification
requirements may not be re-classified as a breeding animal (i.e., removed from
feeding channels) without official identification showing its birth
flock.
