8 CCR 1201-21, pt. 7 - SPECIAL REGULATIONS
7.1. In
all cases of permitting, taking, possession, importation, transportation,
exportation, release, marking and sale of cultured aquatic stock or legally
obtained wild aquatic organisms, the most restrictive state or federal law
shall apply.
