6.1
Farm records are confidential pursuant to §
35-77-107, C.R.S. and §
24-72-204, C.R.S.
6.2 Complaints of record, investigations, and
inspection reports may, at the discretion of the Commissioner, be closed to
public inspection except to the person of interest, as defined in §
24-72-202, C.R.S., or as provided
by court order.
