8.1 These Rules incorporate by reference all the Personnel Qualifications and Training requirements found in Subpart C of 21 CFR ยง 112, "Standards for Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption," published November 27, 2015. Such incorporation excludes any later amendments or editions.
