9.1 These Rules incorporate by reference all the Health and Hygiene requirements found in Subpart D of 21 CFR ยง 112, "Standards for Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption," published November 27, 2015. Such incorporation excludes any later amendments or editions.
