8 CCR 1202-2 Part 6 - License and Certificate Expiration Dates
6.1. The expiration date for a license to
operate a commercial weighing and measuring device shall be December
31.
6.2. The expiration date for a
certified weigher certificate shall be December 31.
6.3. The expiration date for a commercial
weighing and measuring device service provider certificate shall be December
31.
