These rules herein incorporate the Official Publication of the Association of American Feed Control Officials, Inc ("AAFCO"), effective January 1, 2023. This rule incorporates by reference the AAFCO standards and guidelines. This rule does not adopt any later amendments to, or editions of, the AAFCO standards and guidelines. A copy of the Official Publication of the Association of American Feed Control Officials, Inc. shall be kept on file at the Department of Agriculture, located at 305 Interlocken Parkway, Broomfield Colorado 80021, and shall be open to public inspection, and available for copying, during normal business hours. A copy of the official publication shall also be kept at the AAFCO Headquarters Office, located at 1800 S. Oak Street, Suite 100, Champaign, IL 61820-6974 and is available online at: https://www.aafco.org/Publications This, and any other material that is incorporated by reference, may be examined at any state publications depository library.
