Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-1-130 - Telephone company studies

When a petition is filed with the Authority under section 16-1-129 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, the telephone company(s) serving the exchanges shall be notified and thereafter shall conduct a study to determine the effect, if any, of the transfer of the area in question on the rates, then in effect, due to reclassification of one or more exchanges. A complete report of the above study, including a five (5) year analysis of the revenue requirements associated with such a transfer shall be filed with the Authority no later than ninety (90) days following receipt of notification that a petition has been filed. The telephone company also shall file, with the above report, a proposed survey ballot and accompanying letter which explains the purpose of the survey.
